About

“Memoirs of an Amnesiac” by French composer and pianist Erik Satie (1866-1925) is one of my favourite books. An example of fascinating and provocative creativity. A delight for the intellect. Satie was a genius in music and revealed a surprising talent as a writer.

I went to school in London, Porto and Madrid. Lived in Germany, too.

And worked as Sales Director in the international market during 19 years.

I speak 5 languages and travelled the world, doing business in 40 countries, across 4 continents.

Nowadays, I do consulting, executive training and enthusiastic conference speaking on luxury, marketing, innovation, sales and international business.

True passion about servicing and delighting customers.

A Relationship Builder and non-mainstream thinker, yet with plenty of common sense.
I collaborate with the World Business Forum and write articles for magazines and blogs in Portugal, Brazil and Peru.

I gathered more than 25 years of sensibleness and experience in dealing with customers.
